In Spain, the law establishes that the sale of pets is subject to a legal guarantee:

But we know that when you adopt a puppy, you don't want to be left with just the legal minimum. That's why in our hatchery we go one step further.
Responsible breeders

- We deliver each puppy with its previous veterinary examination and updated health record.
-We offer a 15-day health guarantee against viral diseases, as required by regulations.
-We also include an additional guarantee for genetic or congenital diseases of up to 6 months, which we leave in writing in the purchase and sale contract.
This congenital guarantee is voluntary, and is not required by any law. But we give it because we believe in what we raise, and because our puppies are born from lines selected with rigor, love and responsibility.

This guarantee is designed to protect the buyer against diseases:
- Hereditary (that can be transmitted genetically).
-Congenital (present from birth).
-That seriously affect the health or life of the puppy.
To apply it, it will be necessary for the diagnosis to be confirmed by a registered veterinarian, and to be notified within the period indicated in the contract.
It does not cover aesthetic, minor or breed-specific problems that do not affect the dog's quality of life (such as open fontanelles, mild hernias, or undescended testicles if there is no clinical risk).
